10 or so paychecks left 'til Christmas

(WJBK) - You may not think the Christmas countdown has begun yet, but we're more than halfway there and we only have 10 or so paychecks left until the big holiday.

Tonya Dupree, the Vice President of Retail Delivery Cornerstone Community Financial joins us with some tips for saving up for the holidays.

She recommends putting away $50 per paycheck now, so come Christmas time you'll have $500. Also, make a budget for each person you will buy for and avoid relying on credit cards.
