• Pounded out chicken Breasts
• Bread crumbs
• Bolognese sauce
• Dredge chicken in eggwash, flour, and breadcrumbs
• Pan fry until golden brown
• Cover in bolognese sauce & grated parmesan
• Bake in oven until cheese is bubbly & browning!
