Detroit police seek man accused of killing neighbor during altercation

DETROIT (FOX 2) - Detroit police are looking for a man who they say shot his neighbor to death during an altercation Sunday.
Police allege that Keith Talley Jr. killed his neighbor in the 3500 block of 23rd Street. He then fled on a bicycle.
Anyone with information about the shooting or Talley's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
