Emergency crews responding to man trapped in tunnel near Campus Martius Park
DETROIT (FOX 2) - Authorities responded Thursday morning to a call of a person trapped in what appeared to be a tunnel in downtown Detroit.
Police and medics came to 800 Woodward Avenue, near Campus Martius Park, to assist.
Police tell us the man had wandered his way out by the time authorities got to the scene.
We're told the man is mentally impaired and wandered into some kind of private tunnel area under a sidewalk and got confused.
