First day of 2024 brings winter chill; expect a touch of snow by midweek

Clouds will win out today with brighter skies set to return tomorrow. A weak system drops in on Wednesday bringing nothing more than a passing flurry later.
Quiet Thursday and Friday with the chance for Sunday snow to show up. Another system needs to be watched next Wednesday.
