Let It Rip: UAW contract & marijuana in the D

A tentative agreement is in place between the United Auto Workers Union and Fiat Chrysler.
The UAW still has to draft out a summary of the tentative agreement and send it out to members before vehicles are made under a new contract. That can happen as early as this weekend.
