Man fatally shot at Southfield apartment complex
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (FOX 2) - Police are investigating a fatal shooting at a Southfield apartment complex on Sunday morning.
At 10:15 a.m. on Feb. 9, a person called 911 after hearing a gunshot. Officers responded to Riverstone Apartments and located a man who was fatally shot.
The Southfield Police Department is looking for a suspect who was described as an adult black male, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, wearing a black winter hat, with a beard who fled the scene.
Police said they believe the suspect and victim knew each other.
Early Monday, police said a 28-year-old suspect was in custody.
