Man in critical after stabbing attack at bus stop on Jefferson

Detroit police are investigating a bus stop stabbing that happened Saturday night.

A 54-year-old man was stabbed multiple times at about 10 p.m. He was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.

The incident happened in the 7000 block of Jefferson near the MacArthur Bridge to Belle Isle.

There has been no description of the suspect and the circumstances or if the victim knew the assailant has not been released by investigators.
