Anthony Myles was killed in a hit and run.

A Detroit teen is on life support after being run over by a car and left to die in the street.

Doctors are telling the family he is brain dead and will never recover.

"I'm very angry and I want the person found," said LaTasha Bell, whose son was hit.

Earlier this week Bell received devastating news that18-year-old Anthony Myles was crossing the street at Joy and Lauder at 11:30 Wednesday when he was hit by a vehicle. The driver did not stop and is still at large.

"They hit him and kept going," she said. "And now I'm about to say good-bye to my son. It's not right."

As the investigation continues, doctors told her that Anthony is brain dead and she may have to take him off life support.

"My family is praying we believe that my son is fighting," Bell said. "And as my son fights, his mother, his family is going to fight."

Bell says she is leaning on family and friends for support but needs the person who hit her son to turn himself into police and anyone with information to speak up

"Detroit I need your help," she said. "Speak up. If you know something, speak up. I am about to bury my baby."
