Man shot in vehicle while trying to allow another car to pass him
(FOX 2) - A man was conveyed to the hospital after a shooting that happened Sunday morning around 5:00 a.m. in area of Joy Road and Broad Street.
Police say the victim, a 38-year-old man, was allegedly driving near the above location, when a newer model Ford Focus came speeding behind his car. The victim then pulled over to allow the car to pass him, but shortly after that happened, the occupant(s) inside the car fired shots.
The victim was struck in the right shoulder and privately conveyed to the hospital. He was listed in stable condition.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
