Ok2Say campaign back in school
(WJBK) - School is back in session and one thing we need to stay on top of is bullying. The State of Michigan is reminding us of its program Ok2Say, which works to break down the no-snitch mentality.
In just one year since its launch, 1,400 tips have already poured into the system helping prevent violence. The tips have come anonymously through the program's call line or by text messages.
Out of all the violence that has occurred in schools, statistics show that 81 percent of the time, someone knew something about it. If you know something's going on in your school or with one of your friends, here's how you can leave a tip.
