Peppa Pig World of Play opening at Great Lakes Crossing

Peppa Pig fans are in for a big treat.

A larger than life playscape is opening soon at Great Lakes Crossing - and is only the third of its kind in the world.

The 14,000 swuare foot indoor family attraction is designed to take children on an interactive journey through the magical world of Peppa Pig, where they can explore, interact and engage with all their favorite themes, sounds and characters from the show. The bright and colorful indoor attraction has 14 play areas, each inspired by locations from the show and carefully created to the latest in visual and sensory effects technology to guarantee a truly memorable day out for families.

You can check out Peppa's family house, where you can see her living room and kitchen and talk with Polly Parrot.

You can also go shopping for Peppa's family at the supermarket and help Miss Rabbit on the cash register.

Other places include a garage, a school bus, an underground burrow and Peppa's treehouse. Also, of course, are Peppa's favorite muddy puddles to jump in. (But don't worry, parents - no actual mud included.)There's also space to have birthday parties.

The play world opens to the public on April 9. It will be open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The last admission for entry is 90 minutes before closing.

Other Peppa Pig World of Play locations are in Dallas and Shanghai.

Admission: $20 for children and $5 or $10 for adults, depending on time of year. Tickets are now on sale by visiting www.peppapigworldofplay.com.
