Romulus police have identified a person of interest in the sex assault of a flight attendant at the Days Inn.

Romulus police is seeking help identifying Dwuan Parkman in connection to the rape of the 18-year-old flight attendant at the hotel, located at 9501 Middle Belt Road in the early morning hours of June 20.

The victim was dropped off via taxi at the hotel along with some co-workers. The suspect arrived around the same time driving a separate vehicle. He is currently wanted for a violation of his probation.

The suspect left a short time later and the victim reports that she was assaulted. No weapons were seen and police do not know exactly how the suspect was able to gain entry into her room.

On June 21, Romulus police said "We want to take the time to thank this brave victim for having the strength to come forward and we ask that the media respects her privacy."
