Rolled semi truck closes lanes on I-96
DETROIT (WJBK) - A semi has rolled over on on I-94 at I-96 closing most of the expressway's lanes.
Michigan State Police is on scene as a semi truck is on its side in the westbound lanes on I-94 in Detroit.
