SWAT and police situation in Ypsilanti

YPSILANTI, Mich. (FOX 2) - SWAT teams, Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office, and Ypsilanti Police were involved in a police situation on Jan. 30.

Law enforcement gathered in the area of 1st Avenue and Michigan Avenue in Ypsilanti.

Officers entered a home on the street once SWAT vehicles left the scene.

FOX 2 has reached out to the Ypsilanti Police Department and the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office.

The Ypsilanti Police Department is handling the investigation.
