Cook pasta per instructions on bag. Drain, toss with heated cheese sauce. Place in casserole baking dish.
Top with spinach, drizzle pesto and cheese.
Pre-heat oven 350. When top of macaroni starts to bubble and is browning, remove and scatted with walnuts.
