WASHTENAW COUNTY, Mich. (FOX 2) - Police say a 14-year-old girl who went missing was found safe in Oakland County.
On New Year's Day, authorities said Alayna Tiair Jackson was left a family member's residence in the 8800 block of Jay Street in Ypsilanti and never returned.
Police described her as a bi-racial teen about 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 125 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last known wearing a Black Easton Hooded Jacket, Black Leggings and Black and White Checkered Vans Shoes.
Authorities say Jackson is from the South Lyon area and also has ties to Westland.
