Update in court involving mayor/businessman

DETROIT (FOX 2) - There's been an update in a civil suit regarding Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and the businessman suing him.

Robert Carmack, known for his unusual legal tactics has asked for new legal counsel. The shakeup means that the court case of which Duggan has been requested to testify under oath, will be delayed.
