Video shows young woman stealing package in Chesterfield Twp

CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJBK) - Police in Chesterfield Township are looking for a package thief. 

Police say a woman is seen on surveillance video stealing a package from a front porch on June 19 around 3:30 p.m. 

The video shows the suspect walking up the sidewalk to the front porch, grabbing what appears to be an Amazon package and walking away.

Police say the woman put the stolen package in her car and drove off. She was driving a newer Chevrolet Malibu, silver in color. Police say another woman appeared to be in the car, too, but never got out.

Police say the suspect is in her late teens to early 20s, with a medium build and dark hair.
