Warren 7th grader brought 'kill list' to school

WARREN, Mich. (WJBK) - A Warren seventh grader caught with a hit list is facing a 20-year felony.
Police say the boy, 12, had a "people to kill" list where he attended, Carter Middle School in Warren.
The boy is said to have a history of using scissors as a weapon. Police are presenting the case to Macomb prosecutor to determine charges. Making terror threats is a 20-year felony.
He is not in police custody, but is suspended.
