WATCH LIVE: DPD hold news conference in connection to Amber Alert

Investigators will be holding a press conference Saturday at 11 a.m. in regards to the Amber Alert case involving 4-year-old Savannah Walker. Fox 2 will be streaming the press conference live, you catch it live here. 

Sources say 2 bodies, presumed to be of Savannah and her mother Heidi Walker who is also missing were found Saturday morning inside of a burned out basement at a home on Detroit's east side. 

The person of interest that police are looking to talk to is 33-year-old Marcus Hightower, Hightower is described as a black male with brown eyes, weighing 250 pounds and standing around 5'9" tall. 

According to the Michigan Department of Corrections website, Hightower has an extensive criminal history which includes charges of assault and child abuse. 

He may be traveling in a black 2004 Ford Explorer with a Michigan license plate of DFJ 5377.
