Watch this snow perfectly cascade off this Michigan roof
PRUDENVILLE, Mich. (FOX 2) - While we got our fair share of snow earlier this week, it wasn't as much as other parts of the state got.
Bruce Hambell got around 8-12 inches up in Prudenville on Monday. That's right on Houghton Lake.
He just happened to be recording while he was outside clearing snow off his property -- and we all wish we could get this satisfying of a result when clearing snow off the roof. You can watch in the video player above.
Obviously he's removed snow off his roof many times over the years but he said he's never seen anything like this.
"Can you believe that?" he says to the person recording the video. "I've never, ever seen anything like that."
All the snow that fell on the ground created about a 36 inch pile, he said.
Snow isn't in the metro Detroit forecast for the next few days, though the cold temperatures are. So you'll have to wait a little while longer before you can try and achieve the same results.
