SportsWorks: Dan Miller, Pat Caputo, John Niyo & Tim McCormick

FOX 2's Sports Director Dan Miller was joined by Tim McCormick Sunday night on the SportsWorks roundtable as they started with the Pistons bad loss Sunday in Atlanta.  Tim was disappointed but says it wasn't "fatal" and they are trying hard to get the new players involved.  They also talked about Cleveland's trade deadline and if they can make a run in the East.

Dan and Tim then talked about the NCAA selection committee preview seeds that were announced Sunday.  Tim said he was "baffled" by the early seeds the NCAA committee is looking at.

Pat Caputo & John Niyo then joined Dan on the roundtable as they talked Red Wings and their overtime win against the Capitals on Sunday.  They broke down their wild weekend of blowing two third period three goal leads and giving up six power play goals.  John talked about who they might trade and Pat talked how disastrous a lot of these contracts are.  Pat talked about his "head exploding" and what trades they might be able to make.

Tigers were next up and the roundtable previewed spring training and what the major storylines are.

The crew moved on to Michigan and their win in Wisconsin Sunday.  The guys predicted their postseason future and what needs to go right for the Wolverines to have any success.

The roundtable moved on to Michigan State's huge win over Purdue on Saturday.  They talked about Miles Bridges coming through big time at the end and what needs to happen for them to get a higher seed in the tournament.

Finally they ended the show on Lions' Head Coach Matt Patricia's introductory press conference.  They talked about what Patricia brings to the team and how Bob Quinn is tied to him.  Dan talked about what the Lions have to do to have success.
