Jonathan Elias (aka "The Pastry Guru") joins the show to make stove top pumpkin pie. Ingredients: 1 14 Oz Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 Eggs 0.25 Oz Powdered Gelatin 1 ½ Teaspoons Pumpkin Spice 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Pinch of Salt Directions: 1) Combine Pumpkin, Sweetened condensed milk, and eggs in a pot 2) Add your gelatin to you wet ingredients 3) Whisk continuously over a stove top on medium heat until mixture starts to thicken and bubbles start to form (Do not overcook mixture) 4) Remove from heat and Whisk in Spices, salt, Vanilla 5) Pour into your favorite crust or pour into a heat safe bowl for other types of dessert 6) Allow to cool completely before serving
