Martell Bivings, the Republican candidate for Congress in the 13th District of Michigan argued the Inflation Reduction Act passed by Democrats in Congress doesn't offer the kind of help that constituents in the area need. He also was critical of the government's spending, arguing it was raising prices for residents in the state. He spoke with Hilary Golston during "The Interview."
