Sweet stretch of sun and warm temperatures continues Wednesday

(FOX 2) - Our sweet stretch of weather continues on Wednesday with temperatures cresting in the high 50s in the late afternoon.

High pressure off the east coast keeps the warmth coming Thursday with a Friday cold front bringing our next dose of rain. 

Rain will be widespread. I'll put totals on either side of a quarter inch. 

Temperatures fade for the weekend and the cold keeps coming next week.
