Fried Fingerling Potato Chips with Blue Cheese Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Blue Cheese
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Dash Tabasco
- Dash Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt, Cayenne Pepper
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients together
2. Season accordingly
Basic Cheese Mousse
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 1/2 pound soft cheese of your choice (Gorgonzola, Goat, Ricotta)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- Salt, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce as needed
- Flavoring options: White truffle oil, wine reduction, liquor reduction, fresh herbs, toasted spices, poached fruits
