Cranberry Sauce Muffins
Pre heat oven to 350

Mix together
1 cup All Purpose flour
¾ cup Pastry flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
In a separate bowl, mix
1 egg
1 ½ cups cranberry sauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla
Mix wet and dry ingredients together, add
¾ cup toasted almonds (optional)

Line muffin tin with papers
Fill papers ¾ full
Bake at 350 for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

Pre heat oven to 350

1 Pie crust, make your own or buy.

I will be using a 9" pie crust, and making a Smoked Ham, Brussel Sprout and Swiss Quiche.
Fill your pie crust with ingredients of your choice!
¾  cup smoked ham cubed
½ cup roasted Brussel sprouts
½ cup grated swiss
In a separate bowl whisk rapidly until air bubbles form:
1 cup eggs
¾ cup half and half
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Pour into pie crust until full.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until firm in center.
