Eggs Benedict made easy with Chef Harris from The Hill
Some people are afraid to try their hand at eggs Benedict but Chef Derek Harris has the tricks that will make it easy.
Chef Harris stopped in to the FOX 2 Cooking School to give Deena Centofanti the tricks to share with you.
He started with the egg. Get water and vinegar boiling and swirl the water, then pour the egg into the center. Viola.
Now the steak. Put in a skillet and let it cook while you do the hollandaise sauce. That's the tricky part but he's got the ingredients and tricks of the trade in the video above.
