PLEASANT RIDGE, Mich. (FOX 2) - If you wanna go where everybody knows your name, a popular diner in Pleasant Ridge is the place to be.
"It's just that corner neighborhood, kind of like Cheers, you know. A lot of the regulars. We'll see people pulling up, we'll start their food," says cook Bob Dyja.
"There's definitely those customers that come in and everybody does know their name. They come in and everybody says hi," says waitress Annalise Curley.

The Whistlestop Diner is on the corner of Woodward and Amherst. Another location is also in Birmingham. It's open Monday-Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. and on Sunday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
