Focus on the 3 C's for a better sex life

When it comes to having a better sex life, there are 3 C's to focus on.  According to board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Dr. Reene Horowitz; those C's are Communication, Change and Commitment.

Plan time to commit to talking about sex and your libido if there are problems.  
Commit to changing things up if things are getting stale.  When you make a change it increases dopamine, which increases sexual desire.
This is hugely important.  Talk about what you need to spice it up.  For some it can be as simple as changing the time of day you have sex with your partner.
If privacy is an issue find ways or times that it won't be.
If you are having issues with your libido avoid meds that can cause a decrease in your sex drive.  Note that alcohol, opioids and marijuana can lower your libido.  Also pay attention to hypertension medications too.
Also consider making a plan for a romantic or naughty night.  Sometimes that alone is very erotic.
Consider wearing sexy lingerie.  Your partner may like it but you may like it even more  - nothing like feeling super sexy.
Also think about looking at erotica, pornography or just reading erotic literature to one and another.
Never underestimate a wonderful massage or the importance of touch!
Lastly avoid watching TV in the bedroom.
