Ham and asparagus omelet
3 eggs cracked and whisked
2 oz diced or sliced ham
1 pc swiss cheese

Redskins
2 lbs. redskin potatoes
1 tbl chopped garlic
1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme chopped
2 tbl olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
