Perfecting your Valentine's surf and turf

A popular, decadent dish for Valentine's Day is surf and turf. Chef Bobby from Encore joined us on The Nine with some tips for perfecting your dish right at home. 

For starters, he says hard-shelled cold-water species will be most succulent and sweet. He recommends looking for Caribbean, Maine and South African tails, which range from $20-$26 per lb.
