Rabbit rescue 101 from Michigan Rabbit Rescue

(WJBK) - Rabbits are cute and fluffy and can make a great pet -- as long as owners know what they're getting into.

Patricia Na from Michigan Rabbit Rescue joined us on The Nine to tell us all about rabbits and how to take care of them best. She says rabbits are the #3 most dropped off animals at shelters after dogs and cats.

She also advises that rabbits should never be purchased as a gift, as they require constant responsibility like a pet cat or dog. She just suggests that potential owners do their research!
