Recipe options for National Salad Month
DETROIT (WJBK) -
May is National Salad Month.
Chef Jen McKenna of Five Star prepared a grilled shrimp summer salad on The Nine.
She used pineapple, mango, toasted coconut, and honey lime ginger vinaigrette.
She showed several more salads to use as alternates.
A mediterranean greek salad, Ahi Tuna Nicoise and a salad on a stick, caprese kabobs.
