(WJBK) - In February 2017, a fire destroyed Katoi in Detroit. The restaurant had made quite a name for itself. Its chef, Brad Greenhill, had never even attended culinary school.
But now it has re-emerged as Takoi and is back on its way to greatness.
Executive Chef Brad Greenhill joined us on The Nine to tell us more about the restaurant and its food. He's joined by Lexi Trimpe from Hour Detroit, which featured the restaurant this month in its magazine.
