Tips for sticking to your New Year's fitness resolution

New Year's resolutions - we like to make them and break them, but it's important to set some goals for the upcoming year.

Barrett Henson, owner of the Berkley and West Bloomfield Fit Body Bootcamp, joined FOX 2 to talk about sticking to a plan.
