Unimaginable tragedy for an Eastpointe family as a 16-year-old girl is the sole survivor of a house fire.

Mia Radosovac is still in the hospital tonight while her parents Steve and Jasimina were killed when their house on Nevada caught fire Saturday morning. Her 13-year old sister Anja died Monday from her injuries. The cause of the fire is unknown.

Mia's godfather has set up a GoFundMe account to raise money for the family's burials and for Mia-- as she recovers and tries to move forward.

"People lose their parents," said Joe Zago, a family friend. "But no one expects to lose their parents at the same time - and their sister, and their house.

"Steve and Jas were awesome, I stood up in their wedding, I was the Godfather of the family twenty years ago. They were married twenty years and they were just awesome people, man."

On Tuesday night, friends and family gathered for a vigil. And with candles in hand, 200 people gathered to say how much this family was loved.

"No matter how dark it might look, there is a lot of love out there," said Leonard Black, uncle to Mia.

Three of the four members of the Radosavac family were killed in a house fire. Steve and Jasmine, the parents of two girls, died instantly. Anja died at the hospital on Monday.

Those at the vigil spoke about their love and support for Mia.

"I have to give her a hug and let her know she is loved," Black said. "That is what we are trying to do every day."

They gather outside the house to let her Mia know she is not alone - even as makes decisions no 16-year-old should have to make, planning a funeral for three.

"We let her choose what she wanted each member of the family to be buried in," Black said. "To make sure what color they liked. We let her choose them. Very hard. many tears being shed."

A 16-year-old who is starting her life over from scratch after losing all she ever knew.  The depths of that became clear when she asked to her uncle a simple question.

"She said I go next week to get my braces off, who is going to take care of me. We just looked at her and said don't worry we'll take care of you," Black said.

And each day this uncle and other extended family members, plan to be there as well. But they too need help.

"There is not enough money in this world for what she has lost," Black said.

The family has set up a GoFundMe page for Mia. They said they are overwhelmed by the generosity of the community but know the struggle will last a lifetime.
