9:30 a.m. SYRIAN ATROCITIES PHOTOS — Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) and Ranking Member Ben Cardin (D-Md.) and House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-Calif.) and Ranking Member Eliot Engel (D-N.Y.) will participate in the opening of a special photo display sponsored by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to recognize atrocities and crimes against humanity suffered by Syrian civilians. The photo display ("Caesar's Photos: Inside Syria's Secret Prisons") includes photos taken by Caesar, a Syrian Army defector who was witness to and a documenter of Bashar al-Assad's brutality, and shows what Syrians continue to endure at the hands of the Assad regime.

11 a.m. SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM — In advance of a House Agriculture Committee hearing on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, commonly known as food stamps), four Members of Congress who champion hunger issues will release a hunger guide they recently distributed to their colleagues. Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro is a former Chairwoman of the Agriculture Appropriations subcommittee and Congressman Sam Farr is its current Ranking Member. Congressman Jim McGovern is Co-Chair of the Congressional Hunger Caucus, of which Congresswomen Barbara Lee and Jan Schakowsky are members.

2 p.m. 'PLANNED PARENTHOOD ATROCITY' — Reps. Chris Smith (NJ-04), Sean Duffy (WI-07) and Ann Wagner (MO-02) host a press conference calling for further investigation into the evidence presented in undercover videos recorded by the Center for Medical Progress, which depicts Planned Parenthood Federation of America's Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, discussing fetal dismemberment and the selling of unborn children's organs and limbs.

3:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. CSIS - CYBER POLICY TASK FORCE — The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Strategic Technologies Program hosts a press briefing to discuss the CSIS Cyber Policy Task Force. Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., co-chairs of the task force, will talk about the state of cybersecurity strategies and legislation. Closing remarks by Karen Evans, national director, U.S. Cyber Challenge, partner, KE&T Partners, LLC.

4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. NFL CLINIC — The National Football League, in partnership with USA Football, will host an interactive educational session and football clinic regarding Heads Up Football on Capitol Hill for Members of Congress, Congressional staff and their families. As part of this event, children will have the opportunity to participate in a youth football clinic led by NFL players and USA Football Master Trainers, while adults will hear from a panel of experts about how the NFL and USA Football are improving football safety. The event will be hosted by Roman Oben, NFL Director of Youth and High School Football and former NFL player. The panel discussion will be led by the following experts: Christine Golic: Heads Up Football Advisory Committee member and NFL Consultant on Youth Football; Dr. Catherine McGill: Pediatric Neuropsychologist at the Childrens National Health System; Andy Ryland: USA Football Sr. Manager of Football Development and Heads Up Football Master Trainer Coach Educator.
