A comic book hero has perfect physique. He's sculpted beyond belief and the suit he wears in the comics and movies typically accentuates those muscles. If you think it's impossible to have that - think again. A Detroit area gym owner and trainer has the perfect body. So perfect, in fact, that he's gone Hollywood.

Rossano Rea owns Bodymorph in Ferndale. He's more than a gym owner, he's also a trainer, fitness model, voice actor and, now, the basis for Ben Affleck's Batman suit.

"It's my body and my muscles and it was constructed after me." Rea said.

It almost didn't happen - he nearly skipped the audition and didn't even know what it was for but he ended up going after all.

"There's fifteen guys standing in a line to take your measurements and your height and all that good nonsense and then there's more that come in and three days later, I got a call," Rea said.

The suit is made up of multiple visual cues and Rossano's physique. The Birmingham-native splits his time between Ferndale and Los Angeles.

"I love to help people so I opened up the gym. We cater a private environment for people here who don't want to be in larger gyms and want their privacy, he said.

Rea grew up seeing Michael Keaton as The Batman. Keaton wasn't big and Ben bulked up, so why didn't they just use Affleck to make the suit?

"With all due respect to Ben, we're roughly the same height. He doesn't have the width, the size and deviation that I've got. I've been working out since I was 15 years old. So he's a pretty beefy guy but I've been doing it for a little bit longer and I think they thought my physique would be a little more appropriate to display,"
