Detroit police arrest suspect after panhandler murdered outside gas station
DETROIT (FOX 2) - A suspect connected to the murder of a panhandler in Detroit was arrested this week.
Police and the community have been searching for the killer after Denez Dupree was shot to death outside of a Clark gas station at Dexter and Collingwood on Oct. 3.

The suspect talked to Dupree and even gave him money before killing him.
Dupree was known to frequent the gas station and would sometimes fill up customers' vehicles for change.
Detroit police described the shooting as "random execution."
