Detroit police respond to severe crash on city's east side

Police were spotted at the intersection of Mack and Masonic on Tuesday morning.

Detroit police are responding to a severe crash on the city's far east side.

Multiple police vehicles had blocked off access at Little Mack Avenue and Masonic, to the west of I-94 and near Beth Ahm Memorial Park.

Aerial footage over the scene showed officers canvassing the street around 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
