Detroit Veterans Day Parade is Nov. 7

DETROIT - The 10th anniversary of the Detroit Veterans Day Parade is Saturday, Nov. 7.

The event to honor our veterans begins at 10 a.m. at 2211 E. Jefferson and ending at Hart Plaza.

At the end of the parade, there will be warming tents, food and refreshments as well as an end of parade program.

The MC will be FOX 2's Chief Meteorologist Rich Luterman, an Air Force veteran. The parade grand marshall will be U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow.

The parade is organized by the Metropolitan Detroit Veterans Coalition.
