Out to Brunch at Rust Belt Market Nov. 21
(WJBK) - If you're on the hunt for your next great brunch spot, the 'Out To Brunch' event at Rust Belt Market this weekend may be just what you're looking for. The event brings together several brunch restaurants from metro Detroit for a strolling brunch where you can sample some dishes and beverages.

The event is Saturday, Nov. 21 from 11-2. Tickets are $40 and include tastings from participating restaurants, along with Bloody Marys, mimosas, beer, wine and champagne. You can learn more or purchase tickets at outtobrunch.metrotimes.com.

Yields about 8 quarts
INGREDIENTS
Eggs 12 ea
Whole Milk 2 c
Butter 1/2 c (melted)
Vanilla 4 tsp
Flour 2 c (AP)
Salt 2 tsp
PROCEDURE:
1) In a mixing bowl whisk eggs and add milk and vanilla
2) Mix flour and salt in a seperate bowl
3) Slowly incorporate dry mixture into wet mixture, and whisk until smooth
4) Incorporate butter
