WB I-96 express lanes reopened at Southfield freeway
FOX 2 (WJBK) - A big traffic snag has been cleared on the westbound I-96 express lanes at M39 on Thursday afternoon.
MDOT and Michigan State Police had closed that side of the freeway at Southfield just before 3 p.m. As of 5 p.m. the lanes have been reopened but no circumstances from MSP have been explained.
