The 2023 Food Truck Rally in West Bloomfield benefits Youth Assistance of West Bloomfield, Bloomfield and Birmingham. Owner Brian Brickner showed us his base of macaroni and cheese. Recipe: -1 pound of pasta - Cavatappi Cheese Sauce -1 stick of butter -1/2 cup of all purpose flour - 2 cups milk -2 cups half and half - 1 cup of cheddar - 2oz smoked cheddar -1/2 oz blue cheese - 1 oz cream cheese - 2oz muenster cheese -1 oz parmesan cheese Cook pasta per package instructions - drain and place in a bowl. Then add all the ingredients for the cheese. Mix and pour over pasta?. Enjoy
