Authorities say Malik Letroy Webb, 29, allegedly shot and killed Dr. Barbara Wolf after she stopped to assist him when his car went into a ditch near Ray Road and North Oxford Road around 6:15 PM on Dec. 24. Wolf?s 38-year-old daughter, a passenger in her car, was also shot during the incident.
