bd's Mongolian Grill's Louisiana Boil

Celebrity chef Stephanie Goldfarb, named 'America's Best Cook' by the Food Network, created a recipe for bd's Mongolian Grill that is being shared with cooks around the country to make at home. The recipe is for a Louisiana Boil, a southern-inspired twist on stir-fry.

LOUISIANA BOIL RECIPE
Ingredients:
Vegetable or Canola Oil
1 cup Chicken
1 cup Shrimp
2 cups Red Skin Potatoes
½ cup Red Onion
½ cup Baby Corn
½ cup Green Bell Pepper
2 T Buffalo Sauce (hot)
2 T Marinara Sauce
2 T Yum Yum Sauce
1 t Garlic, chopped
1 t Red Pepper Flakes
1 t Cajun Seasoning
Lemon wedge
Pinch of Parsley

Steps:
1.       Coat the bottom of your pan with oil.
2.       Add chicken, shrimp, potatoes, onion, corn and bell pepper. Sauté until the chicken, shrimp and potatoes are cooked and vegetables are tender.
3.       Add buffalo sauce, marinara sauce, yum yum sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes and Cajun seasoning; stir and remove from heat when warm.
4.       Place mixture in a bowl. Add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of parsley.
