Fried corn shells
Meat of your choice for your brisket/shredded beef. For the beef we use a verde sauce and cook it with a Mexican beer to add some flavor.
For the pico de gallo - fresh tomatoes, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt.
