Ben Boudro, owner of Xceleration Sports in Auburn Hills, has developed a system that inspires people and incorporates the entire family to participate in regular workouts together.

He dropped by the Fox2 studios Sunday with some of his loved ones to show a few simple routines that make fitness fun for family members.
